Shawn loves his sister. They seriously have a love hate relationship they cannot get enough of each other. She left for a recital and we where going to have a mommy and him (and Lillyanne) night and everything we kept planning he kept saying, OK but can we wait till Rhiannon gets home. This month on a Saturday him and Rhiannon were both invited to birthday parties. I kept asking him if he wanted to go to his friends party and he kept saying no he only wants to go to Rhiannon's birthday party. He has been so excited for Rhiannon's party which she picked as a theme "Halloween in June". So he chose to be Spiderman. I was able to get a costume from a friend and he has been wearing the costume everyday.
Rhiannon had a field trip to the zoo on Reno and volunteered her grandpa to go on a first grade field trip. So he rode the bus with 4 classes of 1st graders.
Lillyanne is standing up and saying momma. It is so amazing how fast they grow. My mom and I were at the church putting together the Primary Bulletin board and she crawled over to an open door and would close it then open it and close it. Kept her occupied for a little while. She loves to climb, just like Shawn. She climbs up on the couch when Shawn has taken the cushions off, she climbs the step to the shower. She keeps standing on her own for a few seconds and tries to get up to a standing position without out pulling herself up on anything. She will be walking soon. I keep trying to get pictures of her standing but the camera isn't fast enough. SHe loves to play with Rhiannon's baby doll. She hugs it and gives it kisses.
I have been to the doctor's quite a bit lately. I think they are all quacks. They can't seem to figure anything out. They don't want to listen completely. They just want to write a prescription and tell me to come back in a few weeks so I can pay another copay. Very Frustrating. I JUST WANT TO BE A MOM. It is tough when I have a super bad migraine daily. All I want to do is lay down but I can't. My poor kids are constantly being told to be quiet or yelled at.
So my little Shawn is now officially a kindergartner. He had preschool graduation a couple of days ago. This year he participated in his graduation and his teacher said he was bursting with excitement. He came out with the biggest, cutest smile on his face. Rhiannon still has one more week of school left. I was teasing her last night and told her Shawn gets to stay up because he doesn't have school tomorrow.
Her birthday party will be on June 26 the Halloween in June theme so I will post a short little post with a few pictures. Love you all.
