First time Ice Skating
Rhiannon dressed Shawn up in her clothes. It looks like a kilt. 
The Tahoe Tallac Visitors Center. The kids rode their bikes out their while we walked.
So our summer has come to an end. The kids start school on Tuesday. Rhiannon will start school on Tuesday and Shawn on Wednesday. Rhiannon will be in first grade and Shawn starting his second year in preschool.
We did manage to get a lot in this summer. We went on a lot of walks, bike rides and hikes. There are lots of photos in the slide show above. We took the kids to the Folsom Zoo and the park there. That was a lot of fun. We also went ice-skating. The kids had a lot of fun because we had the whole place to ourselves. The only they did not like where the sores on their legs afterwards.
Rhiannon got her training wheels off her bike a few weeks ago. She gets pretty frustrated. I’m trying to remember all that has happened. We had a great summer. I enjoyed taking Tuesday’s off to have family outing days. It was nice to get out of the house and do things we do not get to enjoy very often.
The kids got to go miniature golfing at the beginning of summer with dad and a few weeks ago with the kids from church. They had so much fun.
My next post will include photos from fist day of school most likely and pictures of the new baby. We are all getting excited. The kids tell me everyday they want the baby to come out. Shawn asks for it to come in his prayers at night.
