New photos in the slide show.....

I hope everyone had a great Christmas and a Happy New Year. We had a wonderful Christmas. I really enjoy seeing the excitement these little guys get over Santa Clause. We tracked him on the computer and they decided to go to bed so he would come. This was the first year they woke up early.

Shawn is very, very active and always on the go. Jumping all over the place with loads of energy. When it is bedtime he falls asleep within minutes of his head hitting the pillow. I often wish I could be like him. Not necessarily the jumping off of everything but the loads of energy and then being able to fall asleep as soon as my head hits my pillow. He is such a good brother. He shares everything with his sisters and loves them so much. Lillyanne loves to get up in his bed and snuggle during reading time. He got a CTR ring at church yesterday, which stands for Choose The Right. So all day he was being so good and following directions and helping out. He kept saying, “Do you know why I am being so good?” I said, “Why?” He said, “Because my ring is telling me to. It says be O-BE-DI-ANT!” He says his ring talks to him.
Does not show the gap in the seals on the sides.
In the past few weeks though his little life has been quite eventful. He swallowed a quarter he said at first but later we showed him money and it was a nickel. He was in pain in his chest for a while. He went to swim lessons while we waited to hear back from the doctor. The doc said to take him in for x-rays and to check his poop. (That was a fun week and a half). He enjoyed seeing his x-rays and his bones and stuff.
This is the branch that fell on the car
Then about two weeks after that. The power was out at our house because we had a big wet snowstorm. I was making lunch and Rhiannon comes out and says Shawn bit into a light bulb. What was that child thinking? Mike was cleaning up the glass because we did not hear any crying. I went to find him and he was bleeding badly all over the bathroom. We learned there is A LOT of blood in the mouth. So I panicked was ready to take him to the ER went out and cleaned off the car. Shawn checked the mailbox and we went in to wait for the car to defrost. We barely got in the entryway when I heard a loud sound and a big puff of snow came into our house. I thought “great I just cleaned the car off.” Till I went out and a big heavy branch fell on the back of my car and also right where Shawn and I were just standing. We were lucky because the damage to my car could have been a lot worse. Shawn and I could have been either seriously hurt or killed under that branch. His blood stopped and I was able to call the doctor, he said to bring him in to the office. That gave us time to move the branch and duct tape the wholes in the car. It ended up being a few cuts in the mouth, no stitches. Like I said the mouth has a lot of blood flow in it.

Rhiannon is seriously the 7 year old with the teenage attitude. My parents really did mean it or cursed me when they told me “its payback time” when I was pregnant with her. I didn’t think it would start so soon. She really does have a big heart and is really helpful, but she has such a sassy attitude and is really bossy. She gets really angry when people do not do what she wants them too do. She really enjoys being a teacher and teaching Shawn and Lillyanne. She thinks they should know everything she does. They like to listen to her read. She has been pretty clumsy lately too. She is running into things and falling off her ladder to her bed. I think some has to do with her not wearing her glasses. I got a call this morning that she was climbing up to the counter to eat breakfast and hit her tooth on the counter. She chipped it and it was bleeding. This is a permanent tooth.

Lillyanne is growing way to fast. She wants to do everything that big people are doing. She also knows the difference between real and fake things. We got new home phones and gave her the old ones that were still charged and made beeping noises for dialing and stuff. She knew that they did not work and try’s to get a hold of the new ones. She is a climber and we are constantly moving around furniture to keep her safe but she figures out ways to get up to something she wants.  When I am on the computer she wants to be up there to. My dad gave me an old broken keyboard for her but she wants the real one and she always figures out a way to close my program or shut the computer down right in the middle of something I am doing. Even the remotes. She turns channels turns the TV off, turns the power off on a movie right at the good part. She is already starting potty training. But guess which potty she wants to use. Not the little one. The big one. She is so little that she almost falls through the potty thingy you put on top of the toilet. She is a little helper and it’s funny my mom laughs and says she has OCD. She picks things up off the floor and cleans or she will point at a mess and make her grunting noises like she is telling us there is a mess. Then puts her arms out like are you going to clean it? She also will put her clthes away when we are doing laundry, they do not end up in the right drawers but she is trying to help. She loves to dance and when she hears music she starts to dance and will grab Shawn or Rhiannon to dance with her. She just jumps and skips around the house humming, it is fun to listen to.

This New Year started off very busy for me. I am still working at the Advertising Agency, but my home business really launched and I have been working really hard at that after I get home. I am getting a big response. The media has been covering our products like crazy. We were featured on the TODAY SHOW last week for "Top Anti-Aging Products for 2011" And Allure Magazine "Best in Beauty and breakthroughs 2011." I know 2011 is going to be very successful and will bring big changes for our family. School started too. I am taking two classes and am on track for graduation this Spring. I am so ready to be done with school. I am hoping by June two big weights will be taken off of my plate.

She is very cheesy. Right now when we take a picture she poses and puts on a super cheesy smile.
The kids created a library to check out books
Our little helper. Notice the trunk of my car this was the morning the branch fell.
They had so much fun playing outside during their break.
