Kids are finished with school. We now have a 3rd grader and a 1st grader.
Schools Out Forever!! Well at least for a while.
I’m Graduated, With Honors. Yay Me!!!

She insisted on wearing a Tie on Father's Day.
End of year Field trips. Rhiannon went to the recycling center,
Chevy's, Safeway, the Fire Department and the Beach.

At the beach, notice in both these pictures she is sitting with boys.
Towards the end of the year she had two boys fighting over her and
one of them calling her alot.

Shawn went on a bunch of field trips too. Chevy's,  STPUD, the park, singing to the elderly
and to look at a teachers meal worms for mulch.
In this picture the kids are singing to the elderly.
Here is making a fairy home and Nevada Beach.

The kids making signs for my graduation.

We went hiking and there was no trail so my mom taught the kids how to mark a trail.

The day before he somehow cut his hand while slip and sliding. The following day on our
hike he ran into a tree branch and scratched his forehead.
Rhiannon the morning of her 8th birthday!!
Giving Grandma (Mama) a foot rub.
That is a bear in our front yard on the other side of the fence. It got into the neighbors across the street trash
and then over to this tree and tried to climb up. There are more photos of the bear across the street and
stuff in the slide show above.

4th of July waiting for the fireworks.

School ended well for them.  They are going to miss their teachers but are excited to start a new grade. They went on a ton of field trips. So the last few weeks of school were very hectic trying to schedule time to volunteer and help out. I think I was more excited for them to be done than they were.

So far summer has been pretty active. The kids play out side almost all day. Once again they are getting a better tan than me.  We have gone to the park a few times and hiking.

Rhiannon turn the big 8. I can't believe it. We celebrated having a birthday brunch at my parents house, since Mike and my dad were going to be working. It was funny after she opened her presents and went around giving hugs, Lillyanne had to go around and give hugs. She had a great day and she expressed how much she loves our family and especially her brother and sister on our way home that night.  (Although it did no take long for her to be fighting with Shawn.)

The past few mornings I have been going out in my front yard to see trash and and throw up. Yesterday Mike was looking out the window and said there was a bunch of people hanging out in our yard with cameras. I looked down the street and their was a bear in our neighbors yard eating their trash. He was there for a few hours. The kids had fun watching him from across the street. Then I went out again and saw him across the street and he started walking towards my next door neighbors yard that we share a fence with. He started climbing the tree next to my car. He was probably 20 feet away from me.

Our 4th of July we went up to Kahle community park and watched the fireworks from the hill there. The kids played at the park for awhile before we went and claimed our spot. They had these glow sticks and Shawn would put it in front of his face and cross his eyes, it was so funny. Lillyanne fell asleep about 20 minutes before the fireworks.

Our summer is going pretty good so far enjoying the sunshine and the kids are enjoying there time with dad.

As usual if you want to see more pictures check out the slide show.
